As the peak industry body for tourism operators, Tourism Council WA has developed training programs to attract more customers, improve your service and build a stronger market presence.
Programs include:

As the peak body representing the Australian inbound tourism sector, ATEC offers tailored training program to help operators create trade-ready product.
Programs include:
- Trade Ready Programs for operators looking to enter the domestic or international markets or refresh and upskill their existing offerings.
- Online courses providing information on how to work in key international markets and how to make your product more accessible and sustainable.
- Tour Guide training and information on how to grow your career as a guide.
The Australian Hotels Association WA offers a wide range of training programs suited to hospitality businesses, including a Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
Programs include:
- Courses in Approved Manager training, bar service, hygiene standards and others hospitality skills.
