Tourism WA launches biggest ever Summer of Events

Western Australia is preparing for an extraordinary Summer of Events, with a packed calendar set to create a summer like never before in the Dream State. 

Tourism WA is delivering a diverse lineup of world-class events expected to attract visitors and engage locals across the state, including the inaugural Oracle Perth Sail Grand Prix presented by KPMG, the return of AAMI AFL Origin for the first time 26 years, and the AFC Women’s Asian Cup. Popular events like the United Cup, HSBC SVNS, FRINGE WORLD, and Perth Festival will also feature on the lineup, adding to the vibrancy. 

Tourism WA is supporting these events as part of our Vision for Dream Events. By securing new drawcard events and supporting returning favourites, WA is leveraging its unique attractions and infrastructure to deliver world-class experiences for visitors and residents alike—boosting WA’s tourism sector, creating jobs, and positioning the state as a premier destination for sport, culture, and entertainment.
